Club de curling Vallée de la Gatineau 2021-2022 C’est quoi le programme BLIZZARD ? Le programme BLIZZARD est un programme d’initiation au curling de Curling Québec visant à promouvoir la pratique du sport et de l’activité physique aux jeunes des écoles primaires. Celui-ci est orienté vers le secteur récréatif et non compétitif. L’objectif est simplement de faire connaître, d’initier et de faire apprécier le curling au plus grand nombre de jeunes. Axé sur les bonnes valeurs et le plaisir de faire du sport, ce programme clé en main est divisé en 8 ateliers à raison d’un cours de 90 minutes par semaine. Avec l’aide de moniteurs, les participants apprennent graduellement les notions et les techniques de base du curling dans un environnement amusant et sécuritaire. C’est pour qui le programme BLIZZARD? Le programme BLIZZARD s’adresse à des jeunes âgés entre 6 à 12 ans. Il est conçu parfaitement pour faire connaître ce sport et pour initier la relève dès son plus jeune âge.

Gatineau Valley Curling Club 2021-2022 What is the BLIZZARD program? The BLIZZARD program is Curling Quebec's Curling Initiation Program to promote sport and physical activity to elementary school youth. It is geared towards the recreational and non-competitive sector. The goal is simply to make curling known, initiated and appreciated by as many young people as possible. Focused on the right values and the pleasure of playing sports, this turnkey program is divided into 8 workshops at the rate of a 90-minute course per week. With the help of instructors, participants gradually learn the basics and techniques of curling in a fun and safe environment. Who is the BLIZZARD program for? The BLIZZARD program is aimed at young people between the ages of 6 and 12. It is perfectly designed to promote the sport and to introduce the next generation from an early age.
