TRAINING

The CURLING 101 has been created in collaboration with Earle Morris and subsequently developed by Curling Canada and the Ottawa Valley Curling Association. The Curling 101 program is an 8-week introductory program for anyone who has never played curling and would like to try it. It is also an excellent tool for beginners to refine their game and their knowledge of the sport. With one 2-hour class per week and the help of quality coaches, participants will gradually learn the basic concepts, techniques and strategies of curling in a fun and safe environment. ADVANCED TRAINING - for experienced players who wish to improve their techniques.
